Return Period You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unused condition and must be in the original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund for you.
Return Shipping Costs For returns initiated due to personal preferences (e.g., changed mind, color preference), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If the return is due to product defects or shipping damage, we will cover the return shipping costs.
